Window Security

All windows are supplied with locking handles as standard. Also available are restrictor hinges which limit the distance that a window can open – a must for children’s bedrooms and those areas where an opportunist thief may strike.

Fire Escape

In compliance with Building Regulations, Part L it is necessary to provide a means of escape in certain locations. A range of hinges are available for our windows and these will be specified by our Company Surveyor.
